
Automatic Car Wash
We currently manage and oversee two automatic car wash facilities, one situated on the island of Guam and the other in Hawaii. These automated car wash facilities are designed to be self-service, with no attendants present during operation. However, we have placed instructional signs and notices at the entrance of each wash. We kindly request all customers to take a moment to read and review these instructions before using the facility.
How to Use
Select Wash Package
Four wash options to choose from.
Listen for Buzzer Horn
The buzzer horn will sound off and the directional light will signal to stop. Place the vehicle in park NOT NEUTRAL. The wash will begin.
Insert Payment
Guam: Cash or Credit Card Accepted.
Hawaii: Credit Card Only
Exit Slowly
When the wash cycle is complete, the buzzer horn will sound off again, and the directional light will signal to exit.
Enter Slowly
Enter the wash when the green light flashes, center the vehicle evenly between the machine.

The car wash is closed. How long until I visit again?We conduct routine maintenance and repairs on the automatic car wash every 3 to 4 weeks. This is to ensure that it operates properly, making it not only clean but also safe for customers to use. Maintenance typically takes about 4 hours, though it may take longer depending on the attention required. If the car wash needs to be closed for more than 24 hours due to reasons or circumstances beyond our control, we will post signs to inform you. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to come back later to enjoy the car wash.

The car wash kiosk is frozen, nothing is displayed, or says, "Wash Out of Service." What should I do?Please contact us at 671-646-5555. If there is no answer, please leave a voice message with your name, a callback number, the location of the car wash facility you visited, and how we can assist you. Another option is to fill out and submit a service request form on our Service Request page.

The machine did not complete the wash package selected. What are some of the reasons that may cause this?When entering the wash, please drive slowly through the rocker panel blasters, centering your vehicle between the yellow guide rails or the machine. The wash will not activate until it detects that a vehicle is in position. Once detected, a buzzer will sound, indicating that the wash is beginning. Important: Do not reverse when entering or exiting. Reversing may cause the wash to deactivate. Additionally, in some locations, the wash may not activate if the vehicle is on the yellow guide rail. Other reasons for the wash not activating could include the equipment's inability to accurately sense the vehicle's size, a prior customer entering their payment or code too early, or the customer currently in the wash improperly exiting, which can deactivate the wash for the next customer.
