Customers can drop off their vehicles as early as 8:45 AM.

We request that customers drop off their vehicles by 9:30AM. Please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of your estimated arrival time. Depending on the scheduled service and your actual arrival time, you may need to reschedule.

Typically, a full detailing service takes one full day, with drop-off at 9AM and pick-up at 5PM. If additional time is needed for the service, we will inform customers promptly. The timeframe for service depends on the vehicle's condition, size, and the type of service requested. Basic detailing packages usually take 2 to 3 hours. We also reach out to customers if their vehicle is ready earlier than expected.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please inform us at least 24 to 48 hours in advance.

We do not provide ceramic coating services.

We do not provide tinting services.
